The reports we send you are all professionally produced by us, using software that captures the GPS coordinates as well as the time and date that corresponding to the report’s creation. You have infallible evidence that your home was visited should you ever have an insurance claim or other need.

Home watch is a service which provides a periodic visual inspection of your home and property in order to discover and report obvious issues that can arise while you are away.
Things you should consider: if something happens at your home, how much time would you like a water leak to create havoc in your home before it is discovered? It doesn’t take long for a small leak to quickly soak an area rug or damage your cabinetry. A small amount of water can quickly produce a large amount of mold and mildew which is costly to clean up and repaid! The sooner they are discovered, the less the amount of damage.
One of our colleagues reported that one home, which had their water turned off during the homeowners’ absence, discovered a large amount of mold created by a faulty sprinkler watering one of the home’s windows. This then ran down the windowsill and saturated the carpet. When it was eventually discovered, there was mold everywhere.
So, our response is that we recommend weekly home visits and most of our clients follow that schedule. Some are happy with bi-weekly if you are willing to accept the risks!
Home visits range in duration from 15 minutes to over an hour depending on the services you have contracted and how frequently we are in your home. You will know we were in your home based on the time-stamp included on each computerized report sent to you–in fact, we welcome you checking your alarm system logs and/or security cameras to verify we were there. We show up! Optionally you can request your visit report be GPS stamped to show we were physically at your location.
We want you to enjoy your Las Vegas home and therefore have very flexible term arrangements. We price our visits PER VISIT, not on a monthly basis, so if you are coming into town just let us know (please give us a week’s notice if possible) and we’ll take you off our route calendar. As we price per visit there is no need to worry about over billing, etc. Our “Service Agreement” (we don’t like the word contract) provides flexibility and is cancel-able with 10-days notice, so you are never locked in to anything. We bill you monthly to provide the greatest flexibility.
E&E Home Watch does not provide the services of a property management company, nor are we a property management company as defined by the Nevada Real Estate Division. We act only on the behalf of the owner as their personal assistant and the owner makes all of the decisions on their property and upkeep; we do not pay bills, manage funds, collect rent, advertise for rent or award contracts on behalf of the owner. We do not rent properties.

Any repairs would need to be arranged between you and a licensed service provider. We can meet the service provider to open your home and lock up when the work is completed.
Your security is of the highest priority to us. First, your keys are stored in our safe and are never out in the open unless we are on a route that includes your home. Second, no one will enter your home that hasn’t been thoroughly screened or background checked. Third, and most important, we never drive up to your home with a marked vehicle to give away that your home is empty and is being watched by a home watch company! We feel it is a huge security risk and advertises that your home is empty!! We don’t even wear logo shirts when visiting your property!
While most of our clients own vacation homes that they occupy sporadically throughout the year, we also take care of homes for seasonal residents (aka Snowbirds), professional or business travelers, deployed military personnel, new homeowners who will move in at a later date, and home sellers who need to move prior to the sale of their home. We do not handle the direct rental of any property nor act as property managers.
We are fully insured and bonded for your protection. There are other companies in Las Vegas that claim they are insured — ask to see their policy to make sure. You’ll find out why they might be less expensive! What will they do if your property is damaged or your information/keys are compromised? Without insurance you’ll be on the hook, not them. Your information is stored in the highest security data environments possible, plus your keys are stored in a large safe when not physically with us. Your protection is of the highest priority for us.
