Home Arrival Services
When you are ready to escape the cold and head to your Las Vegas hideaway, E&E Home Watch will make sure it’s ready so that all you have to do is relax.
- Air conditioning temp set
- Water checked & circulated
- Reset refrigerator and turn on ice maker
- Hot water heater set to appropriate temperature
- Groceries purchased and put away
- Plug in garage door opener and other unplugged appliances
- Patio/Deck furniture and cushions placed
Home Departure Services
When you are ready to return home, there is no reason for you to use your limited time to prepare your home for the Las Vegas summer. E&E Home Watch will take care of:
- All doors, windows and gates checked for security
- All light timers checked
- Remove perishable food
- Remove trash and place/retrieve bins for pickup
- Water checked and hot water heater temp verified
- Deck chairs and/or cushions stored
- Unplug unnecessary appliances if desired
- Heat/air conditioning set to appropriate level
- House made ready for summer per your instructions
